We are a pet-friendly community and love welcoming your furry family members. While we do not charge a pet deposit, there is a monthly pet fee. Please contact our leasing office for details regarding current monthly pet rent, the maximum number of pets allowed per unit, and any community guidelines regarding breeds or weights to ensure a comfortable environment for all residents

What additional fees and deposits are required?

In addition to monthly rent, the following standard fees apply:
Application Fee: $75 (non-refundable, per applicant)
Security Deposit: Equivalent to 1 month’s rent
Reserved Parking: $250/month
Pet Rent: $50/month (if applicable)

How do I handle maintenance requests?

We prioritize your comfort. You can submit maintenance requests easily through our online resident portal at any time. For after-hours emergencies, we provide a dedicated contact line to ensure prompt assistance.

What utilities are included in my rent?

Utility packages vary by floor plan. Please refer to your specific lease agreement for details on which utilities such as water, gas, or trash removal are included in your monthly rent, and which are billed separately.

Are there parking options available?

Yes, we offer private parking options for our residents. Please speak with our leasing team about permit requirements, guest parking availability, and monthly parking fees

What is the best way to get around Georgetown?

Georgetown offers a unique, village-like atmosphere with high walkability. For local travel, the DC Circulator provides easy access to nearby hubs, and the Rosslyn Metro station is just a short 10-minute walk or bike ride across the Key Bridge. Rideshare services are also readily available throughout the neighborhood for your convenience.
